For almost three hundred years, the Hampton Congregational Church has stood as a community of caring, faith and tradition. In celebrating our diversity and freedom as Christians, we live out our faith as expressed in the words of Jesus:
“You shall love the Lord your God, with all your heart, your soul, and your mind; and your neighbor as yourself.” Mark 12:30-31 NRSV
Our Church Vision
With the Gospel of Jesus Christ as our foundation, we gather as people of God, welcoming everyone.
We seek to extend Christ’s love through our support and compassion for all people in our community and throughout our nation and world.
We come from diverse faith backgrounds, and we believe that God meets us wherever we might be on our faith journey. So, whoever you are and wherever you are on your journey of faith, know that you are welcome here.
Our church offers numerous opportunities for Christian fellowship and spiritual growth. Following our weekly worship service, refreshments and conversation abound in Holt Hall during our friendly coffee hour.
